Important to know before your stay
Pets & smoking are not allowed due to allergy in the family. Avoid bringing clothes that have been in contact with animals.
Maximal numbers of persons who may use the accommodation are 5 people. Minimum age of primary renter is 25 years of age.
Fire wood. One box of wood is included in the rent. If you need more you can easely buy from us for 100 kr/box. Wood is found in the wood shed.
The rent is paid no later than 2 month before access date.
Rental period is from 14:00 on arrival day until 12:00 on departure day.
Keys can on date of arrival bee collected from 14:00 on a place that is specified in the rental agreement. We are unable to personally attend during the guest's stay because we live in Falun (270 km south). We are keen to have satisfied guests!
If cancellation is made before the access date, the full rental amount will be refunded.
During your stay
Park the car on the highest spot of the yard on the right side next to the birch. Then the snow remover can drive past and you don´t have to start the car uphill.
At arrival it can sometimes be snow in front of the entrance to the main house (distance 2 meter), guest house, wood shed (10-15 m) and the sauna 5 m. Shovels are available.
Heat is always on in the main cabin. The heat in the guest cabin is set on-off by the guest.
Take part of info in the house folder about practical info and about which house and safety rules apply, e.g. burning in stoves and in case of accident.
Did you forget to bring something? Take from us and top up if/when able. Feel free to use the house spices.
The accommodation is left clean and tidy by the tenant according to given CHECKLIST in the cabin.

Facilities at the cabin.
Bedrooms
The main cabin has one big bedroom including 1 double bed, 2 singel beds.
The guest cabin consists of a room with a bunk bed.
You bring your own bed linen and towels or we can provide it to a cost of 100 kr/person (blankets and pillows are included in the rent). Sleeping bags are not allowed.
Heat and fireplaces
Main cabin: Air system (and electricity wall heaters when needed). Guest cabin: Electricity wall heater.
Fireplace in the living room and in the guest cabin.
Fire extinguisher in the main cabins hall, upper bedroom, sauna and guest house.
Cooking
Kitchen stove with oven. A wood stove.
Microwave oven, bread toaster, water boiler, coffe boiler (paper filter is included). Big refrigerator / freezer (198/111 liter). Pots, pans and cutlerys.
Feel free to use the spices in the kitchen.
Sanitary
WC, basin and shower. Hot water tank in the sauna in case you want to wash you self in there.
Shoe dryer
Kitchen towel, handsoap, dishsoap, dishcloth and garbidge bags are included.
Outside
Natural garden with outdoor fireplace, griddle for barbecue.
Parking next to the house
Electric car charger is available - cost is charged per kwh. Make sure you always have a charge so you can get to the nearest charging station (Fjätervålen 17 km) in case our charger doesn't work.
Motor heater outlet is included.
